How do I find a match or competition?

Browse the countries and competitions in the main navigation or footer. Open a competition to see its videos. Use Full Matches for available replays and Upcoming Matches for the match schedule.

How do I change the language?

Choose a language from the language selector. ReFooty remembers your preference in a cookie. Some information pages may display English until a translation has been published.

Why will a video not play?

  1. Reload the page and try starting the player again.
  2. Check your connection and try another available video.
  3. Update your browser, or test with another browser or device.
  4. Check whether a browser extension is blocking the player or its source.
  5. If the source has removed the video or restricts it in your region, it may remain unavailable on ReFooty.

Video quality depends on the source and your connection. A listed video is not a guarantee that the source will remain available.

How do I report an unavailable video or incorrect information?

Email us with the page URL, what happened, your device and browser version, and any error message. For incorrect match details, include the correction and a reliable reference. Do not send passwords, payment information or login cookies.

Where can I get account or membership help?

Use the member portal for your account and available membership settings. If you need assistance, contact us with the email associated with your account and a description of the issue. Never send your password.
